At QraMed, we strive to ensure the best experience for all users. Our refund policy is designed to maintain fairness while keeping services efficient and timely.

No Refunds on Confirmed Bookings

Once an appointment is confirmed by the user, refunds will not be provided if the user cancels or misses the booking.

Refunds for Doctor Cancellations

If an appointment is cancelled by the doctor for any reason, a full 100% refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 24 hours.
